Year 2021 is an important period for entire ADEKA Group to launch its next med-term management plan FY2021-2023. While envisioning the aspirations for 2030 in 10 years' time frame, we will plan the ideal shape of ADEKA Group for the next three years and realize the growth strategies of each business segments in order to become a firm with a strong focus on "profits."
Various "change points" are occurring for the realization of a sustainable society, and the movement of the "carbon neutral society" is also one of them. We will quickly identify "points of change" flexibly and change the world in a better direction with the power of our excellent value, by so-called SOZAI products, technologies and services.
To ADEKA's grow and make enrich lifestyles, without fear of change, we will overcome the contrary and pioneer the future.
