We announce that our consolidated subsidiary, NIHON NOHYAKU CO., LTD. has received a letter dated May 16, 2025 from their shareholders stating that they wish to withdraw part of their shareholder proposal regarding the agenda for their 126th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 18, 2025, and that NIHON NOHYAKU has today agreed to withdraw the proposal.
