What is a plant-based food?
In recent years, plant-based foods have been drawing attention as people are increasingly oriented toward food diversity and health consciousness. It is also a sustainable food that helps resolve many different challenges facing society, such as the need to reduce the impact on the environmental and the need for a stable food supply.


CONCEPT

ADEKA wants to help solve problems in the food industry. — A desire to enable delicious plant-based foods to have a natural place on the dining table — With this aspiration, Deli-PLANTS was launched.
The name of the brand was coined by combining “delicious” and “plant-based food.” The brand values deliciousness to refresh the conventional image of plant-based foods and usability that facilitates the development of menu items.

Deli-PLANTS achieves dairy-like natural flavors by combining its oil and fat processing technologies with the unique ReTERA technology.*
