2024 New Year Message (summary)

We contribute to the World by providing Enhanced Materials "SOZAI"
First, on behalf of ADEKA Group, I would like to express my deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake, and my heartfelt sympathy to all those affected by the disaster.
I would also like to express my deepest respect to all those involved in helping the victims.
ADEKA Group's new mid-term management plan will start in April 2024.
In order to realize the ideal image of ADEKA Group for 2030, "ADEKA VISION 2030 -An Innovative Company Contributing to a Sustainable future and Affluent Lifestyles-", we intend to pursue both social value by creating products that contribute to resolve social issues and economic value by maximizing profits.
As the world moves toward the realization of a sustainable society, we will quickly share social issues and needs with our customers and business partners, and constantly create and provide Enhanced Materials "SOZAI" that can only be created by ADEKA.
I would like to ask all of our stakeholders for their continued support, as each and every member of ADEKA Group is proud and responsible for promoting the new medium-term management plan by enhancing the sense of unity as a group.
