In order for the ADEKA Group to make significant strides in the global market, each and every employee will carry out their roles based on our growth strategies for the creation of new products, the expansion of our overseas business, and the selection and concentration of our core businesses. This year the ADEKA Group will continue to work together and make a fully coordinated effort to achieve our medium-term management plan, which is in its final year.
It is very important for us to steadily carry out the planned measures and continue an upward spiral of seeking good results while, depending on the outcome, revising those measures. We will boldly and aggressively take on each of these goals without fear of failing and we will possess an acute awareness of changes to preconditions and the market environment.
