This is to notify that a decision was made at the Board meeting held on January 24, 2005 to propose a change in the corporate name as stated below at the stockholders' meeting to be held in June 2005.

1. New corporate name: ADEKA CORPORATION
2. Date of change: May 1, 2006 (provisional)
The company logo will be announced once it has been decided upon.
