Asahi Denka Kogyo agreed with Chang Chun Group, a major chemical company in Taiwan, on the establishment of two joint venture companies, ADEKA FINE CHEMICAL (CHANGSHU) CO., Ltd. and ADEKA FINE CHEMICAL (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD. for the further business development of resin additives in Chinese market.
