Compliance Regime of Asahi Denka Group Established

Aiming to solidify the regime of Asahi Denka Group for compliance with laws, regulations and social norm, "Asahi Denka Group's Code of Conduct" and "Asahi Denka Group's Compliance Rules" targeted at all the group company employees were instituted and put in force effective April 1.

"Asahi Denka Group's Code of Conduct" sets forth 8-item action guidelines to be observed by the executives and employees of Asahi Denka Group Companies, while "Compliance Company Rules" stipulates an internal reporting system, a compliance promotion organization and other regime for compliance.
