Asahi Denka Europe GmbH, a German subsidiary fully owned by Asahi Denka , has established a joint venture company in France with a Swiss company, Palmarole AG. The new company "Adeka Palmarole SAS" has started its operation on September 1, 2000, with a paid-in capital of 1,000,000 EURO. The business activities of the company are distributing, manufacturing and selling certain polymer additives, relevant chemicals and other intermediates mainly in Europe.
