An annual SEMICON Japan '99 was held for the period from December 1 through 3 over all of 11 halls of Makuhari Messe. The area used and the number of visitors for the event was the second largest in Japan following the Motor Show, and was very well attended as usual.
Our Electronics Materials Sales Department displayed our new CVD materials, which was highly evaluated by the visitors. Above all, SEM photograph of next-generation capacitor materials drew attention of many visitors and called for a public response, suggesting that it might be a foothold for future development of products in this field.
