Risk Management Structure

■ Risk Management Committee
The Risk Management Committee develops the risk management manual and evaluates the risk management system. The head of the committee is the Legal and PR Director.

■ Risk Management Manual
The purpose of the manual is to minimize damage by rapid and optimal measures in case of an emergency.

■ Emergency Headquarters
Emergency Headquarters will be established under the directors of the department in charge, in case of serious emergency in the following 13 categories. Organizational measures will be taken in accordance with the Risk Management Manual.

6. Confidential data leak	Legal & Public Relations	Rapid and rigorous situation assessment, prevention of damage expansion, leak source investigation, report to related organizations, prevention
7. Confidential data leak	Legal & Public Relations	Rapid and rigor situation assessment, securement of credibility through appropriate response to mass-media and information unification
8. Filing of suit	Legal & Public Relations	Rapid and rigorous situation assessment, securement of credibility through appropriate response to mass-media and information unification
9.Crime against the corporation	Legal & Public Relations	Rapid and rigorous situation assessment, securement of credibility through appropriate response to mass-media and information unification

12.Credit alarm	Legal & Public Relations	Rapid and rigorous assessment of the alarm, rigorous confirmation of credit obligation, dept, and bond, decision on emergency dept collection and rapid action upon it, continuation of trade with the third party trading partners and collection of payment
13.Overseas natural disaster and political instability	Human Resources	Rapid and rigorous situation assessment, safety securement, securement of credibility through appropriate response to families, users, and mass-media, prevention of damage expansion

*Yellow Card：an emergency contact note that contains a brief statement on the following; name of hazardous material, related regulations, toxic effects, emergency measures, emergency report and contact, and preventative measures for damage expansion.
