Under the new medium-range management plan, which begins in April, and with the 100th anniversary of ADEKA’s foundation in mind, we will take firm measures over the next three years to accelerate our growth strategy with the aim of growing into a superior company with annual sales of 300 billion yen by fiscal 2016.
In this age in which the business environment changes at unprecedented speed, each and every one of us must gain a full and accurate understanding of the present situation, take advantage of chances earlier than anyone else, take on new challenges, and change ADEKA.
