To expand our Electronic Materials Plant in South Korea

We have decided to expand the production facilities at Plant No. 2 of ADEKA KOREA CORPORATION (ADKK), a wholly owned subsidiary of ADEKA Corporation.
With these facilities, ADKK intends to produce new precursor for use in semiconductor devices.
The new facilities are scheduled to start operation in January 2012 and the total investment will be 1 billion yen.
