Asahi Denka Co., Ltd. will change its name on May 1, 2006, and will relocate to its newly completed head office building in Higashiogu, Arakawa-ku. Operation at the new building will commence on May 8.

New company name: ADEKA CORPORATION
Address: 7-2-35 Higashiogu, Arakawa-ku, Tokyo
(located next to Tokyo R&D Laboratory)
