A product developed by purifying β-glucan extracted from barley. Features a high content of β-glucan (70% or more). The rest of the ingredients are derived from barley. Suitable for the intake of β-glucan itself.
Barley ß-Glucan C60-P
C60-P
A product developed by purifying β-glucan extracted from barley. Features a high content of β-glucan (60% or more). While E70-S is a fine powder, C60-P is soluble in water and clump free because it is a scale-like powder.
Barley ß-Glucan A20
A20
The product contains almost four times the amount of β-glucan that barley does (about 5%). Containing all the barley components, it is suitable for the intake of the entire barley components as well as β-glucan.

β-glucan, a kind of soluble dietary fiber, is a polymer made of a large number of glucose molecules bound by β-connection. Depending on the binding mode, it is categorized as β-1,3-1,4-, β-1,3-1,6-, etc. showing the binding position of glucose.
Mushroom, baker's yeast, and black yeast (Aureobasidium pullulans)-derived foods contain β-1,3-1,6-glucan.
Barley and oats contain 3-8% β-1,3-1,4-glucan, which is a primary constituent of soluble dietary fiber. Based on the molecular structure, "Barley Beta-Glucan" is β-1,3-1,4-glucan, and "Fermented Beta-Glucan" is β-1,3-1,6-glucan.
