Introduction of Food Safety Management System ISO22000
We have developed and introduced the Food Safety Management System, ISO22000 in FY 2007 and have been working on food safety activity to be "the best partner of delight and relief" for customer.
This had made the condition to provide our safe and secure foods to customers more.
More specifically, we are working on activities as follows;
(1) Construction of traceability for products and materials
(2) Improvement of knowledge by education of food-safety with cooperative company
Food Safety Activity is promoted by "Food Safety Policy" as below.

Food Safety Policy
ADEKA Corporation is food manufacture factory producing professional-use margarine, shortening and various kinds of cream and our main users are bread makers, confectionery makers and all kinds of food makers.

Our products are partly-finished product not finished product. It means that if bad quality products are sent to our direct users the range of food harm would spread not only to the direct users but also to the final customer extensively.

All employees working at Akashi Factory take this seriously, understand "food safety and security" as a prior issue and engage in food production.

We should place the priority to customers' demands about food safety in addition to compliance of law and regulation to assure food safety and security. For the concrete activity, we effectively manage the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) of Akashi Factory and continue to improve it.

We all employees of Akashi Factory promise to optimize FSMS and provide safe food to company.
