In the final year of the previous Mid-Term Management Plan (for FY2002 to FY2005),planned targets were nearly achieved. The plan aimed for an active expansion policy, including "Substantial Growth" & "Further Increase of Profitability".
ADEKA Group established the current Mid-Term Management Plan (for FY 2006 to FY 2008), which aims for higher targets. The plan has been in effect since April 2006.

1. Position and Target of Current Mid-Term Management Plan

ADEKA Group situates the Mid-Term Management Plan as a "forming base to become a corporation with ¥300 billion of consolidated sales", which configures achievement targets for the final year of the Management Plan, FY2008, as below.

2. The Concept of Current Mid-Term Management Plan

The current Mid-Term Management Plan follows the basic principle of the previous Mid-Term Management Plan with some refinement.
Maximizing value for stakeholders and ensuring "maximization of corporate value" through strengthening of CSR activities, in addition to "Substantial Growth" and "Further Increase of Profitability", is the fundamental concept of our management plan.

3. The Basic Principle of Current Mid-Term Management Plan

As the basic principle of our target achievement in the current Mid-Term Management Plan, ADEKA Group states seven terms, including; "selection and focus", "constructing the foundation for growth through creation of new businesses", "increasingly strengthening technical capabilities", "expanding overseas operations", "development and strengthening of human resources", "strengthening group management" and "enhancement of corporate governance". To ensure the foundation for growth of ADEKA, we will upgrade and expand our operating base by expanding our market share globally and creating new business, and promoting strengthened business competitiveness.
We will also work on development and strengthening of human resources, enhancement of corporate governance and strengthening our group's environment, because we believe that the key to execution of our plan is power of human resources and organization.
