In the final year of the previous Mid-Term Management Plan (for FY2002 to FY2005),planned targets were nearly achieved. The plan aimed for an active expansion policy, including "Substantial Growth" & "Further Increase of Profitability".
ADEKA Group established the current Mid-Term Management Plan (for FY 2006 to FY 2008), which aims for higher targets. The plan has been in effect since April 2006.

Establishment of Current Midterm Management Plan / Report on Economic Activities and Achievement



ADEKA has established a new human resources management system (Total Human Resource Management System) based on the basic principle, stated below to create a "high value-added company," since April 1st 2006.

(1)Remove concept of seniority from promotion criteria and introduce "personal role" concept.
(2)Carry out "fair treatment based on achievement" for encouragement and promotion of creating added value.

Major features of ADEKA environmentally sound product technologies contribute to reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, VOC and hormone-disrupting chemical. Some examples are introduced below. There are toxic heavy metal free plastic stabilizers, ADKSTAB RUP Series, and various other environmentally sound products, that are not introduced here.
